As a Decision Analytics Associate Consultant, you will be part of the Insights & Analytics group, helping clients tackle diverse business challenges by leveraging advanced analytics, research, and problem-solving approaches.

This role involves applying statistical models, conducting custom analyses, and translating complex data into actionable insights. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams, guiding strategic decisions, implementing tailored solutions, and mentoring junior associates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (operations research, applied mathematics, management science, data science, statistics, econometrics, or engineering)
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience (or PhD in place of work experience)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
